We had room which had an iron and a new carpet and was fabulous and incredibly comfortable. Pancakes, cereals, pastries, fruit, and eggs were served for breakfast in the garden. The hotel was in a marvellous location, near all attractions.

Some people working there were absolutely rude.

It was a fantastic stay on vacation. The staff were polite and great, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Hotel's location was marvellous, in the center. Had tea and goodies at Balanced Rock Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the property.

Great breakfast at 6:45am, we loved toast and pancakes. The room we booked was updated and carpeted with good beds. The location was amazing, close to Mo's Diner & Lounge.

Fabulous and exceptionally comfortable room, amazing bathroom with a bathtub. Free parking on site provided. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Favourable location close to Old Town and great stuff.

The hotel was in a favourable location not far from activities in Manitou Springs as well as all 3 tourist spots : Garden of the Gods. We had the queen room which was impressive and fabulous.

The staff were genuinely helpful and very friendly and the location was excellent close to everything. Plus, it was not far from all 3 tourist spots: Garden of the Gods, Cliff Dwellings, and Pikes Peak, and the pub. The room was nicely decorated and updated with modern decor, a fireplace and jacuzzi tub US$ 126.

The hotel was clean, the staff was outstandingly friendly. I loved my spotless and huge room with a fireplace, whirlpool tub and jacuzzi tub. The food was good, included toast and pancakes.

Location near Very close to restaurants as well as the pub, good lads, Good energy, sweet mountain surroundings. Toast and pancakes served in the morning.

This location was absolutely perfect and the best, short walk to all the restaurants and the surrounding area. Café Balanced Rock Cafe located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. The room was updated and neat, included an iron and a new carpet. The view of the mountains from the window was absolutely breathtaking, enjoyed it.

Fairly clean place with super friendly staff and breathtaking view of the mountains. Lots of options for breakfast, good cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruit and hardboiled eggs.

Everything was simply immaculate. The hotel was wonderful and spotless in a safe area. Staff were genuinely helpful and hard-working, rooms were unique and equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and all amenities, as for instance. The offered breakfast was great.
